[STUMP] stumpwm 0.9.6 released

Hi Folks,

I tarred up the git repo and labeled it 0.9.6. You should be able to
find it on the download mirrors soon. For all those who have patches
pending on the mailing list, I'm sorry. They'll find their way in
eventually.

Hopefully I won't sit on the next release for so long!
