What is "restack" really supposed to do? Is it pertinent in the
context of stumpwm? If it's about putting all the windows of a certain
application in the same frame, I'm not sure I would appreciate not
having the control on that. On the other hand it could probably be
disabled per-application or globally, like raise-requests.
