Thanks for this list -- quite useful.  Is the list of criteria for 2011
publicly available?

http://www.gnu.org/software/soc-projects/guidelines.html looks like a
good place for 2012 criteria.  Shall we start drafting the criteria on
the libreplanet page?  

(By the way, do we have to close the list of GNU GSoC admins in order to
let them proceed with the criteria, or can we draft those criteria more
collectively, then have the definitive list of admins?)
