When GNU requests slots, some consideration will be given to how
many of those slots will be given to Octave.
Jordi, just to be 100% clear, and to avoid misunderstandings in the
future: Octave is going to be treated _exactly_ like the other GNU
programs participating under the GNU umbrella. This includes the
allocation (and distribution) of slots.
It is up to the org to decide how to distribute the awarded slots.
I will clarify this with Carol.
