[gnu-soc] libjit - register allocation

Hello,

I would like to take part in this years GSoC under GNUs umbrella. My
projects goal is to implement data-flow analysis and register
allocation for libjit. I've already talked to libjits maintainer
Aleksey Demankov and he agreed on being my mentor.
He recommended me to write a short mail here, before sharing my draft
proposal via the GSoC form, so it doesnt come out of the blue.
