That may be due to a bug that has since been fixed, or due to a
strange name you are giving archived windows.  Updated DLLs are
available at ftp://ftp.swarm.org/pub/swarm/binaries/w32/2.1.1-fixes.
Just gunzip them and copy them to /Swarm-2.1.1/bin and gunzip swarm.jar
and put it in /Swarm-2.1.1/share/swarm.
