Flushing cache during batch runs |

Hi,
A large cache size seems to be a problem sometimes. When I run my simulation in
batch mode, most of disk write are written to cache. The problem is that
when I wanted to stop the simulation in the middle of run, most of results
written into cache are not flushed to the hard disk -- so they are lost.
Is there any way that I can force swarm to write to disk rather than cache?
I'm using "[avgEnergyGraph setFileOutput: 1];" for example, to write to disk.
Thank you,
