Runtime Error :TkExtra(instance)

Hello,I'm a newcomer.

I have Slackware 3.1 and tried Swarm.
I installed Swarm-1.2 and  needed softwares
(BLT2.3,tclobjc-1.3,tcl7.6,tk4.2,libpng,zlib,libffi)
After compiled and installed them,
I tried to run "hello-world"(in swarmapps-1.2).
but  error message like this is displayed.

What this message mean?
And what to do?
