I'll modify our modified version of BLT8.0-unoff ASAP.

In the larger context of GNU packaging conventions, although
--prefix can be used to put packages in different locations, the main
intent is to specify a universe of related things.  Thus, prepending
a subdirectory name is not desirable.

Is it exactly negative or some other (negative) weird number?
