Help needed

I have installed Swarm 1.2 and Cygnus GNU on Win95. I am getting the following error while compiling heatbugs

make: no rule to make target '-ltkobjc' , needed by 'heatbugs' .

After default installation , is there any other things to do before compilation of the apps like setting environment variable etc on Win95.
