Swarm-1.3: BLTGraph?

It seems BLTGraph has disappeared from Swarm-1.3...is that right?
Is there a replacement for its functionality?
(In the past versions, it was more flexible than EZGraph,
if I recall correctly.)

Did I miss this in the porting guides?
If not, you might add it for anyone else who might be surprised.
