Hi Rick,

I have made some significant progress over the last few days. The program
finally runs. However, I am still doing the checks to see whether it is
behaving the way it is supposed to (i.e. internal validity). Next, I will
have to calibrate the system. Then, I should be able to run some
experiments and see some graphical action (I do see graphics and action
but they are not substantively interesting). To have a full-fledged
unattended experimentation and documentation system, I will need some more
time. 
As you remember, I had pledged to finish the project by October 1st, which
is today. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like I can meet this deadline.
Yet, you can trust me that I am working on the project everyday. I hope to
get finished ASAP, that's my goal since I have to submit a manuscript
anyways. 
Hopefully, you can understand me and tolerate this delay (which is already
way behind schedule). Thanks.
