Two options:
- EZBin has the methods setGraphics: and setFileOutput:. Set the former
to NO and the latter to YES. Then use a standalone plotting program
like gnuplot to look at the results.
- Enhance tkobjc/Histogram.m to send the `postscript' command to the
barchart.
