There was a bug in the install script for tclobjc-1.4
that meant the TkInterp.h header file didn't get copied across
at install time. This would only apply if you are using earlier
versions of Swarm (e.g. 1.2), however; and it would only be
the same problem if swar/tclobjc is where you kept the source.
