Error in running make of Swarm 1.4.1

Hi,
        I am having a problem installing Swarm 1.4.1 on a HPUX 11 C 180 
machine. I have previously installed gcc, bison, make, xpm, tcl, tck, blt, 
ffcall-1.5. I am currently able to configure the swarm files.  However when I 
type 'make' I get this this error:
gcc -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I. -I../.. -I.. -I./.. -I./../collections -I./../misc  
   -g -O2 -Wall -Wno-import -Wno-protocol -Werror -c Archiver.m
