[Q] checking command line arguments |

Hello:
Is there any other (more elegant) way to check whether an argument was
passed in the command line than checking the elements in argv?
I considered setting a boolean variable to YES inside a customized 'parseKey'
function, but then I could not find a place to initialize the same
variable to NO. (This variable would be part of 'MySwarmAppArguments',
which together with 'parseKey' are declared in
http://www.santafe.edu/projects/swarm/swarmdocs/set/swarm.defobj.arguments.protocol.html.)
Any hints are welcome!
Eiji
