Paul - I got them just before a chunk of lectures and I haven't had time to
install them yet - sorry! I will try to get to them next week but that
won't help you this weekend. John

OK, for about 1 week I've had versions of swarm 2.0 rpms in my testing
directory and some of you I contacted individually said they would try
them out. Did you? I've had no negative feedback.
If there are troubles or not, I need to know. Over the weekend I will
spin a new batch of rpms that take into account various little upgrades
and such and since it is time consuming, I only want to do it once.
In case you forgot, here is where to find them:
http://lark.cc.ukans.edu/~pauljohn/Swarm/Swarm-2.0_RPMSforRH6/
took in testing for the RPMS.
Also please note I have a new release of the R-base-with-hdf5. If you
know what R is supposed to do, please give it a try. I think it works
OK.
I've talked to the R packagers and this, along with the hdf5 rpm, will
go into the CRAN system, so I'd like to know if it does not work.
