That was a packaging goof in Kaffe 1.0b4.  You should be able to do a
"touch kaffe/kaffevm/jit/icode.h' and restart the build.
Unfortunately, Kaffe doesn't have a working just in time compiler on
Irix and it is slow.

Instead, you might to try the SGI Java distribution.  (I haven't
done that because it requires using the software package manager as root.)
