Try downloading the DLLs from:
ftp://ftp.santafe.edu/pub/swarm/2.0.1-fixes/last
unpack install them in Swarm-2.0.1/bin. Unpack the .jar.gz file in
that directory and put it in Swarm-2.0.1/share/swarm. I think they
will fix the problem you are seeing.
