NT Install

Hi,

I am trying to upgrade from swarm-1.4.1 to swarm-2.0.1
on NT. I had the CD for installing swarm-1.4.1. Now I downloaded the
swarm-2.0.1.exe from the website (I did
save link as). The exe file is on d: directory. When I
double click on the exe file I get
"General failure reading this package"
I get the same error message for the demos package.

I downloaded cygwin20 and installed that without any
problem.

What am I doing wrong here?
