Swarm-snap 1999-12-01 RPMs for JDK1.2.2

In case anyone is surfing the new swarm wave...

I have success compiling the newest swarm-snap against JDK1.2.2, so
there are RPMs. I compiled i386 rpms already, and now I'm running them
for i586 and i686.

Here is the address for RPMs in general:
http://lark.cc.ukans.edu/~pauljohn/Swarm/Swarm-2.0_RPMSforRH6

and if you look in the i386 directory,

http://lark.cc.ukans.edu/~pauljohn/Swarm/Swarm-2.0_RPMSforRH6/i386

you will see:
-rw-r--r-- 1 pauljohn pols 1177715 Dec 3 08:08
swarm-with-hdf5-2.0.1.991201-1.jdk.i386.rpm

swarm-with-hdf5-jdk-2.0.1.991201-1.jdk.i386.rpm

I am providing the i586 and i686 versions for both kaffe and JDK.

Why bother with this? There are 2 reasons, at least.
1. THe JDK has some classes not available in kaffe and some of the
examples with which Marcus has provided us require JDK functionality.

2. Marcus has made some very handy improvements in Swarm itself since
the release of version 2.0.1. The one that has helped me a lot is a new
runtime thing that catches you when your program sends a message to nil
and stops the program. This has helped me catch a long standing problem
is one project and I bet it will help you as well. There are some other
significant advances in the code, but I'm certainly not the one to crow
about them.
