I get the same with the rpm version indicated below:

./testxprint
0x808eb18: SwarmObject, display name: SwarmObject

$ rpm -q swarm-with-hdf5
swarm-with-hdf5-2.0.1.991201-1.jdk

Perhaps the kaffe rpm (based on a slightly older swarm tarball) is
causing your trouble?
