Probably the way to do this is to use COM, and the easiest way to get
COM is to use the Java layer of Swarm as COM server.  An example
of the reverse, using Excel in Java Swarm, is in:

I think it would be cool to have examples of using Delphi or Visual
Basic with Swarm.  I'm sure it can be done, but I can't take the
time to do the digging, sorry.
