When making and installing kaffe 1.0.5 under Windows9x/NT,
is it best simply to specify

--prefix=//c/Swarm-2.0.1

to configure?  I.e., does "make install" then place
everything in the right directory as far as javacswarm,
javaswarm, etc. are concerned?
