I need to be loading in tab-delimited text files. For my voting model, it
would be a matrix of agentID's followed by coordinates on a variety of
issue axes. For the housing segregation model, it would be agentIDs and
their demographic characteristics.

AgentID Issue1 Issue2 Issue3 Issue4
4884 43.4 21.1 58.9 78.3
Or:
AgentID Race Pref Housing Income LocX LocY
