swarm docs questions

A couple of questions about the entries on this page:

   http://www.swarm.org/release-docs.html

1. Under online documentatoin, there is 

  The new Swarm User Guide (Beta version!). 

  Is that the same as is in
     userbook-0.9-html.tar.gz  
     userbook-0.9.ps.gz 

2. Under:  userguide - User Guide for Swarm 
   There are three things:

       userbook-0.9-html.tar.gz 
       refbook-java-0.9.dvi.gz 
       userbook-0.9.ps.gz 

    Is that refbook-java supposed to be thre?
    Is that a java refbook or a userguide?
    How is that different from the 
      refbook-java-2.1.1-*
    files above it?
