There will be a overlap, but the old keys should just get updated.
When I run your test program on either Windows 98 with 2.1.1 DLLs or
Windows 2000, with new DLLs, I just get "Running now", followed by
"step X | 100 - X" until X = 99.  No warnings, even if I run it twice.
So I'm still a little spooked you would get this at all, unless your
last DLLs were something other than 2.1.1...
