Since Objective C is oriented toward dynamic dispatch, it is common
to refer to methods by their signature independent of any class.
A factory method (a constructor), has a signature that starts with
a plus, e.g. "+create:setSelector:". A normal instance method starts with
a dash, e.g. "-createEnd". Making it one word makes it possible
to identify without quoting.
