A gunzip and installation of a new libkaffeswarm.dll (for Kaffe) or
javaswarm.dll (for JDK) and the swarm.jar file is all there is to it.
You can tell if they are new by looking at the dates on the files at
ftp://ftp.swarm.org/pub/swarm/binaries/w32/2.1.1-fixes.
