Swarm Docs? look under DblBuffer2d.

It is done this way so the "environment" stays fixed for all agents
until the get done making their changes,which are written onto the
"next" lattice.  Then, when all agents are done observing and acting,
the update writes the new to the old, and it becomes the environment for
the next step 


use getNewLattice if you want to see the impact of your puts before you
do update.  That's a pointer, gotta be careful
