Re: swarm rpm for RH7.1

The RPMs I make for RH7 will work.  In fact, the last few RPMs I made
were made on RH7.1 systems.

The README file will not show automatically anymore because my sysadmin
broke apache and left town, but you see a link to it called
PleaseREADME.html.
