I suggest that you examine where `drop' is called in your model and
make sure that it isn't called twice with the same target.  One way to
do that would be to insert Globals.env.xprint (obj) or
System.out.println (obj) before the call.  Btw, are you sure this is
the latest version of Swarm.  What do you get from "javaswarm
YourModel --version"?  Line 507 doesn't match up with that error
message in the current code.
