Actually, that's not supposed to be the case. The snapshots should
build from source without autoconf/automake installed.
If they don't, it's a bug. However, it may be a bug in your Redhat building
configuration files that tries to regenerate autoconfig stuff, though.

depcomp is in the latest snapshot. I don't know why that would happen.
