I'm sorry I forgot to describe the environment in which I installed Swarm.

OS: SuSE Linux 7.3 PowerPC Edition with gcc-2.95.3-63
Swarm: Swarm 2.1.1
Needed software: all downloaded from ftp.swarm.org, i.e., BLT2.4o, 
libffi-1.20, libpng-1.0.5, Tcl 8.23, tk8.2.3, and zlib-1.1.3.
