Error of "Unable to register TclNotifier window class"

Hi,

I use Swarm-2.2 and Jdk1.4.1. under windows2000.
After config cygwin and run the "StartHeatsbugs", it seems work well. But
when I click "quit" button, I get the error:
"Unable to register TclNotifier window class".
The "Heatbugs" codes are from Swarm tutorial links.

I have this problem  on both running it under javaswarm or IDE (eclipse)
