Rule of Thumb: If something has a Makefile, type "make".
If it doesn't, type javacswarm.
To run with the test version of swarm, you will need the jheatbugs from
the testing directory. Look in ftp under apps/java/testing

Hi,
I have installed the following rpm's

YES> 2. swarm-2.1.140.20020514-1.i386.rpm
NO> 3. swarm-2.1.140.20020514-1.src.rpm
MAYBE> 4. swarm-gcjswarm-2.1.140.20020514-1.i386.rpm
YES> 5. swarm-jdk-2.1.140.20020514-1.i386.rpm
NO> 6. swarm-jdk-2.1.140.spec
MAYBE> 7.swarm-static-2.1.140.20020514-1.i386.rpm
Then I tried to compile the Heatbug.java and a few other codes under
jheatbugs-2.1 directory by javac Heatbug.java--or should I use javacswarm
Heatbug.java?. I was warned the following packages do not exist:
swarm, swarm.defobj, swarm.activity, swarm.objectbase, swarm.space,
swarm.gui, Globals, Globals.env, swarm.simtoolsgui.
What is wrong? Where do I find these packages if I need to install them?
Thanks,
Li
