Actually I had just sent out an e-mail about the status of the
website just before your e-mail, maybe you missed it.  

It's back now, but our gracious host, the Columbia Basin Research unit
at the University of Washington, is doing some work on the server and
fixing some of the disks, so it will probably also be out of
commission for a few hours tommorrow morning (i.e. Tuesday, US Pacific
Time).  Hopefully this will leave our mailing lists up and running.
