I wonder why Swarm-2.2 does
not want to integrate with the cygwin toolkits like
Swarm-2.1.1 did.
The pretest
version does not have some stuff like 'make' and 'ld' that I was
simply extracting from Swarm-2.1.1 and then I got such complain:
../lib/gcc-lib/i686-pc-cygwin/3.3.1/../../../../i686-pc-cygwin/bin/ld:
unrecognized option `--dll-search-prefix=cyg'
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status make: *** [v7.exe] Error 1 Maybe the 'ld' was not
properly used.
Also, is it necessary to
remove Swarm-2.1.1 before installing 2.2?
I guess
they share spaces to some extent so that I am not allowed to
umount or remove 2.1.1 after the 2.2 is installed.
I am not sure if this caused
the compiling error.
If someone know how to solve
it, please let me know.
Thanks,
KC
