Unfortunately the SFI (where the ftp still lives) sometimes rate limit
the connection, so it drops out. We are in the process of moving the
entire ftp archive to be hosted at CSCS (where the mailing lists and
the website currently are, which will hopefully be more reliable).
Once this is done we will the switch the DNS for ftp.swarm.org to the
CSCS machine so the URL should be the same. It's taking a bit of time
because the SFI connection is slow and there is about 5 Gigs of data
to move, and I have to schedule a good time with the SFI sysadmin to
do it.

I think currently swarm AT swarm.org is not actively monitored, so the
best thing to do, is to send a URL to a webpage where you currently
have the code to support AT swarm.org list, and I (or another CSCS
person) try and upload it once the move is done.

Alex
