[Swarm-Support] RPM for Fedora Core 3 for newest Swarm-2.1.156-20021122

Marcus posted his updates and I built some RPM to test. The OBJC 
versions work fine for my test models, but I don't test the Java ones 
yet.  Maybe you will.  The Header file tries to explain the prerequisites.

I had manually diddled the Makefile.in files to force in the -shrext 
option, but I will try the fix Marcus mentioned in this list just 
moments ago.  I do not know what danger signs might indicate trouble 
with this build, but in case one wants to review the output from the 
build, I trapped it in this file.
