[Swarm-Support] Installing Drone on a Windows XP machine

Hi everybody.

I would like to install the software Drone, for automatically running batch 
of a simulation, in my Windows XP machine. I have Swarm and cygwin installed 
following Pietro Terna´s CD instructions.
Is that posible?

I downloaded Drone from here: 
http://www.cscs.umich.edu/pub/software/drone/drone-1.03.tar.gz
