Sometimes nobody knows the answer to your question, or your question
is to vague to be able to answer without more information.  This is a
volunteer list and nobody is paid to answer these questions.

If you describe exactly the steps you used, what version and platform
you used of *both* the OS and of Swarm (e.g. whether you are using
Windows, Linux or some other platform, and exactly which version of
Swarm you downloaded), it makes it much easier to troubleshoot your
problem.

Without *detailed* information, it's difficult to answer your
question.
