Hey, we need a permanent fix to the problem that the wiki says you can 
get new DLLs (with the averager bug fixed) at:
        http://www.santafe.edu/~mgd/javaswarm.dll
        http://www.santafe.edu/~mgd/cygswarm-0.dll

which is no longer true. And Marcus' alternative URL has only the 
javaswarm dll.

o Marcus, could you please point us to a copy of the cygswarm dll?
o Rick, can you put both on the download site?
o I will then fix the wiki.
