Nope, it isn't fixed yet. I had a look at the problem, but it turned out
to be much more involved than I had expected. It may even be a freetype
problem. Then again, xpdf itself displays the file correctly (using
freetype) so maybe there's still hope. :)
I'm currently still involved with some other pdf2swf issues, but will hopefully
be able to have a deeper look at this problem soon.
