Yes, except I was hoping to be able to set the quality of the jpg as in jpg2swf. This is probably something I could take on, but I didn't want to go down that route if anyone had already implemented it.

Versions of png2swf before 0.6.0 (0.5.1 and earlier) by default
used jpeg compression with transparency information to store images.
Is that what you were looking for?
