[Swftools-common] Transparent image mask displays as "Black box"

I have posted an example of a PDF that displays fine, but the translated SWF file displays a "Black box" around (behind) the jacket image.

 

I used PDF2SWF Windows ver.0.6.3, -z -j40

Any ideas on how to fix this problem???
