You can, using the .sprite command.
The syntax would be
.sprite ElecSprite
.swf MyElec "electrod.swf"
.put MyElec
.frame 71
.action:
Stop();
.end
.end
.put ElecSprite
.....
#Button
.action:
ElecSprite.MyElec.play();
.end
