[Swftools-common] PDF2SWF starts on page 2

I have attached and placed it on my website (although perhaps not
permanently) at

http://www.tlhiv.org/riemann_midpoint.pdf

a PDF for which when I execute

pdf2swf riemann_midpoint.pdf

the result is a SWF file that immediately starts on the second frame
(i.e., from page 2 of the PDF) instead of the first frame.  The
animation cycles and the first frame appears at the end (and/or
beginning) of the animation; however, this first frame does not appear
initially when the animation begins.  I am using PDF2SWF from SWFtools
0.8.0, and the verbose output of the above command is:
