Adjust the "resolution" setting in the first option tab.
Default is 72, increasing that value will make the file
bigger.

Good idea. I'll put that on my TODO list.

There's no specific deadline yet, but it's almost finished,
so probably soon. 
One thing I want to add before final release is a larger selection
of (free/commercial) viewers.
