[Swftools-common] combining swf files

Hello,

I have a series of pdf files which contain pages with pictures and 
labels, the last of which is the front cover.

I would like to make an swf from each with the front cover as the first 
page.

I tried making two swf files, one with just the last page of the pdf, 
the front cover of the swf, and one with the first 15 pages of the pdf.

When I try to combine the two swfs :

 $ swfcombine ack16.swf ack1-15.swf
 WARNING Didn't find anything named ack1-15 in file. No substitutions
 will occur.

There's something I'm missing here... what?
